    Microsoft account and OneDrive hacked randomly and the email has been changed or deleted.


    I was trying to log into my OneDrive account when it told me "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account" out of nowhere. I have been trying for days to get it back but to no avail, and this is my last option. All I know is that when I tried to recover my username using my phone number, I got a name that I've never seen before, and when I tried recovering using my email address, I got a completely different one as well. I tired the virtual agent, I tried calling, I tried everything but I just can't find help. Someone right know is looking all through my OneDrive while I can't do anything about it but just sit and watch it happen. All I want right know is to recover my account.

    I know how hard this is. I already lost an account with tons of photos, videos, contacts. But unfortunately the hacker completely took control of your account. There's nothing to do. I'm really sorry about this.

    I am sorry for what happened. In this case, your only option is to fill the recovery form. In the article below you can get detailed information on how to fill the form:

    The Microsoft recovery form is available on:

    If when you try to fill the recovery form you receive a message that your account does not exist anymore, unfortunately you will not be able to recover your account.

    No Microsoft employee can help users recovering their accounts. They only instruct you on how to fill the recovery form. So that's the only available option for a hacked account.

    If you talk to a Microsoft support advocate, he/she will tell you the same thing. They are not allowed and have no access to change anything on a user account. I hope you understand.

    Thank you for your reply, but as you simply put it, I basically cannot and will not get my account back? I've tried the recovery form, but if I don't know the new email because the hacker changed it and they refuse to give it to me, what would I do? How would I tell them what account I'm trying to get back into if I don't know what it is? All my private photos, videos, accounts, everything associated with my Microsoft account gone this easily? This is the furthest I've gotten with my attempts, this email that is mostly hidden.

    As XBF Crystal P states, if it is a Microsoft email account, then you can not delete/remove it as it will close down your family members account. They will have no access to their email, OneDrive or any other Microsoft product or service they use
    that account on.
    So there is no way to change my xbox live account email, without resorting to microsoft account aliases
