Nothing there. It was taken directly out of my savings account, not off my checking account which is attached to a card. I also checked my paypal which is where most things are pulled from for any xbox purchases, nothing there either.

Sorry to hear it. Please log in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check to see if you can find that purchase. If you do not see it there then
perhaps your card is on a different account.

Thanks for the updates and replies. This sounds like a 3 month subscription for Xbox live or Ultimate game pass. Have you let anyone use the card for a promotion or anything in recent past. For example there was a promotion for 1$ for ultimate game pass
and Xbox live. After the 3 month promotion ended it would then charge the full price unless auto renew was disabled. Which a person needs to do manually. We recommend requesting a call from support. They may be able to help track down the charge if can verify
the account was made from.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
