If you are interested in an refund, try going to this page and fill out a request at

Request an Xbox digital product or subscription refund. After submitting the request, you’ll be sent an email on whether or not it was approved or denied.


This followupemail you will receive is the only means to get in contact with the refund
department directly and will be the only means of you disputing the verdict as well.

As I wrote, I can't access refund link in south Korea. When I tried to connect refund link sight, there was error page " Can't find Page". I think this error incurred because of my location and my nationality.

Please let me know refund service agent's email address or refund service agent send me an email to resolve my problem.
