    microphone stopped working after new season of Fortnite update


    My son's microphone on his xbox one was working perfectly right up to the new season of Fortnite update...we have checked all the usual settings, uninstalled and reinstalled Fortnite, cleared the cache on his xbox...all to no avail. Any other suggestions for what we can do? Talking to his friends is half the fun since we are currently in lockdown...

    Clean your console's MAC and restart your internet devices.
    Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.

    After this step, try again.
