    Microphone not being recognised


    Hi I hope someone can help.

    I have an xbox one s.

    When I plug any of my headsets into any of any of my xbox controllers it appears on the screen as if there is a mic. When I start party chat i get a message saying mic not detected. I have tried this on 4 controllers with 3 different headsets all
    with the same result.

    I have tried turning off and unplugging my xbox and restarting. I have tried changing the privacy settings and my nat connection is open. NOTHING is working.

    One of the headsets and one of the controllers are brand new and still no success. All of the headsets work if I plug them into my pc or phone.

    Has these headsets worked before in the past and just now stopped working? If not there is a possibility they arent compatible with Xbox.

    Have tried pressing xbox button, go total right to settings, click on audio? This while the headset is plugged in. Under audio you can activate/de activate your headset
