    Microphone is broken kinda?


    So basically My Razor Kraken pros broke somehow so I tried a different head set with a mic but the mic didn't work and it seems like every headset I try with a mic does not work I need help because the only mic the works is the razor kraken headphones
    but the sound broke So confused please help.

    First try to update your controller.

    On the XBOX, go to "Settings", "Ease of Acceess", "Controller", "Copilot settings", "Update Now" to get the lastest firmware for your controller.

    hello there.

    when it comes to controllers , there are instances where the mic port is broken. if you have tried multiple headsets then, it probably the port itself.
