    Currently there is no way to preorder a digital copy for Xbox.

    There is no way to get a preorder bonus without having preordered it at a store. Bonus usually vary depending on where you're purchasing from.

    To clarify, is the game you're posting in regards to 'ReCore'? Did you purchase the disc version or did you purchase the digital version of the game?

    Unfortunately we're unable to assist with Microsoft Retail store exclusive offers. The best folks to contact in regards to the $10 gift code is

    Microsoft Store Support    , but please be sure to let us know if you bought ReCore on disc or if it was digital so we can narrow down the Banjo Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts issue.

    Hey, spiman1222! The disc itself should have come with a code inside the case if the retailer included it, and we would not be able to give that code to you. We are only able to assist with digital orders that offer these types of promotions. For your credits
    issue, you will need to post in the
