Micheal (Game Support) Minecraft

We would like to extend our full gratitude to one of your game support guy (Micheal) whole went above and beyond his duty. Date April 04, 2018 called for support for my sons bundle purchase. It wasn’t working for some reason. He helped us through the technical
stuff and figuring out how he can make things work. Mind you I am not a tech savvy mom of 4, and have a patience of a 2 years old. My god he was heaven sent to no joke did not leave me until he got the darn thing to work. And guess how long it took?.... 2
hours and 22 minutes to be exact. YES 2 hours and 22minutes. I even told him he deServes a gold medal for his services.It was above and beyond the call of duty and he kept His composure, patient and a pleasure to talk to. I can thank him enough for what his
done. I hope this would help him And I can spread the good word and of Micheals exceptional service. Your the man!

And if your wondering. Yes the 2 hours and 22 minutes that he help us with. He did get our stuff to work. Amazing ha!...
