    My family and i share an xbox one and we play regularly. Recently i got xbox live and playing online works, however voicechat doesnt work. On my brothers account it works with his account but voice chat won't work on mine even though i am the account
    holder. I have all the same setting enabled as him and still nothing. There is something wrong with my account and i dont know how to fix it. I know its not the remote or headset because i was using his headset and controller signed into my account and it
    would not work, as soon as i signed back into his account it was working again. The headset also isnt assigned to anyone specific. I dont know what to do anymore. Everytime i try looking up information and have troubleshooted several times and still nothing
    works. Can anyone please help me???

    Do you get any errors when you try to do voice chat? Please go to the Xbox Enforcement website to verify if you have been reported by someone

    Have you checked under the audio settings to make sure that the mic is not turned off?
