Mic sample rate not supported

So, out of nowhere my console app is saying that my mic sample is not supported, thing is it works fine with every other app and everything on my computer is up to date. I have tried every solution I can find, and also found a post from 2 years ago with
the same problem.

The thing is for him the problem was to get a windows update, I have everything updated and even when I get a new update I still continue having the same problem. I have basically tried every solution that the agent gave him on his post to no result, I still
have the issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Ensure that not only windows is up to date, but also the software for your headset. Try to remove the mic preferences from your computer and re-install everything. Let me know if you get a fix.

Okay, sorry I didn't see the reply. The problem is it works when it wants to, sometimes the xbox app will say everything is fine and after waiting a couple hours in a party ill be able to talk, but sometimes it says my mic sample rate is not supported.
Thing is between those 2 times I haven't touched absolutely anything on my mic or on my settings, its all chance for it to work.

I plugged in a new headset jack for my PC and it still wont allow my PC to run my mic audio, I can hear things but I cant talk or listen to others in a voice chat anymore on any app.

Yes it does, the PC just had it up for a few minutes but the problem happened again.
