Mic quality gets worse when i switch controllers

if you haven't done so already, try starting a party and see whether it recognises you as having a mic.

is there a mute switch on the wire connecting the mic/headset to the controller (that may have been knocked to mute accidentally)

also check the wire to see if the sound cuts in and out if you move the wire as this could mean a small break in the wire(s). you might be able to find a position where you can get the mic working but if that is the case, it will only get worse

My controller is loose on the left hand side the build quality seems worse than the 360 controller.

The picture quality gets even worse when i change the xbox reso to 1080 and turn off the hdmi 2.0 on the tv

The overall performance of the Elite is better than the normal controller while it lasts. The problem is, it won't last long. The quality of the parts and the quality of the manufacturing is worse. I would say the headphone jack is exactly the same.

As I Said "Therefor the controllers they manufacture are of lesser quality because the cheaper production cost and retail price.". The third party controller would of course be of worse quality than that of the official
controllers. If you could recall were the controller landed that might help me understand what could be wrong.But that could be a big possibility
