    Mic Monitoring Broken - Need Help


    I use an ASTRO A40 TR w/ Mixamp for audio on my Xbox One.

    For the past year, I have been able to play with Mic Monitoring enabled.

    With the latest update (released sometime in the past month, not sure when exactly as I haven't played since January), Mic Monitoring is no longer working.

    Mic Monitoring has inexplicably been disabled, and I cannot find the option to turn it back on anywhere. All online help directs me to go to the far left tab of the guide menu and select "Audio," but that option
    does not even appear for me; it SHOULD read from top to bottom: "Settings" -> "Audio" -> "Xbox Assist," but Audio is just gone. And I specifically remember this option being there when I played before, because I would often go there to check/adjust my Audio
    settings.

    This is highly annoying and I would like to see it fixed, or get some information if something has changed and the Audio options could be found elsewhere.

    Mic Monitoring Broken - Need Help

    It may be a problem with the input of your control or the headset, monitoring is only available when the control detects a 3.5 input, if it does not detect it, it does not activate monitoring

    Try turning up the mic monitoring, for this you need to press the Xbox button at the bottom of the guide you will see 5 buttons press the one with the speaker, then in the options the las one will be mic monitoring

    Have you tried lowering your mic monitoring? That may help, my mic use to echo really bad. Till I lowered my mic monitoring on the audio settings.
