    Mic/headset issues - XBox One


    My son will be talking with his friends in an XBox party and then will go into Fortnite and his mic stops working in the Fortnite chat. It's weird though, if he keeps the XBox party open, he can talk in Fortnite, but not with his friend in Fortnite, only
    the friend in the Xbox party. If he disconnects from the Xbox party, then he cannot talk to anyone! I know this probably sounds very confusing, but I put it in words the best way I could! so if anybody has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    I have a turtle beach px21 headset and purchased the xbox one headset adapter. The stereo sound is coming through really well, but the mic isn't working with it. Is this a known issue or is my headset mic not compatible with the xbox one?

    Thanks so much! As for the mic issue, one was my razer wireless headset which works great except for the mic, and because of that I bought brand new xbox wired headset and still no mic. Weird cause it says mic is on, but I can't hear my voice, no one else
    can, and my recordings don't have my voice either. Was going to buy a third headset but I wonder if it's the xbox itself. thanks anyhow

    This is my second headset the first one had a mic issue and now the second one has a headset issue why are these headsets breaking so easily? Makes me not want another.
