    Mic feedback when playing with console players


    I play fortnite on pc. It is cross platform with xbox as of a recent update. I'm trying to use the xbox app on my pc to use the party chat. For some reason there seems to be a lot of feedback coming from my end. I don't know how to
    fix this. To note, I play with other pc players on discord and i don't have and mic issues.

    Annoying noises?

    Sometimes when i'm playing multiplayer i get what sounds like feedback through some other players mic, so i mute them but it doesn't fix the problem. Its like the game is muted and i can just hear feedback and some of what theyre hearing. Anybody else have
    this problem or know how to fix it without having to quit?

    Please add a volume controller for each person in a party chat.

    It would be nice to volume down players with loud feedback or echo mics. It can be annoying.

    Players with open mics... who don't actually say anything

    I wish people will call out locations, or give warnings if something is sneaking up on me.

    Has anyone got feedback issues with other players mics? I had some where sounds like the open mic is next to tv's speaker. I have mute the player just to hear the sounds of my gun firing.

    You must play online quite a bit, and receive some player feedback. It's not an elaborate or accurate representation of your conduct when you play.

    Are Mics Really ALWAYS Nessesary?

    A team with mics vs players with no mics. The odds of winning favor the players with mics. Also not everyone you meet is immature kid yelling or playing loud music in their mic. I miss the good old days before party chat.
