mi xbox 360 falla:c

Bueno esta es la situacion, tengo 2 xbox 360 fat, una de ellas se actualizo sin problema alguno ,pero la otra no se puede actualizar ni por live ni por usb, he intentado mas de 6 veces por live, pero al reiniciarse tal y como el proceso indica, la xbox da
un error E68 y parpadea una luz roja, por lo cual no se actualiza; tambien intente varias veces de actualizarlo por medio de usb y da el mismo error, busque en varios foros y la unica opcion es mandarlo al servicio tecnico, y no puedo pagar eso:c.

quisiera aclarar que aun estan originales y que son de segunda mano, no falla en ninguna otra cosa, pero para jugar algunos juegos que son de 2010 en adelante se necesita actualizar y una de ellas no lo hace.

Si saben como solucionarlo me gustaria saberlo, gracias por leer y espero una respuesta.

Mi Xbox me desconecta de live muy seguido, como 3 veces por minuto, no exagero no creo que sea mi internet por que la Xbox es la única que me falla en ese aspecto, también me cierra sesión con la leyenda "inicia sesión con control"
