desde la ultima actualización mi xbox comenzó a fallar, al momento de jugar con juegos físicos después de unos minutos el xbox me saca al menú de inicio, esto comenzó desde la ultima actualización del este 2018, ya borre el cache y aveces me deja jugar
un poco mas de tiempo pero siempre me saca al menú sin importar el juego que sea

en el 360 no eran un problema, pero en el one son un asco, lentas y enormes. Me esta entrando arrepentimiento por haber comprado el xbox one. :'(

Thank you for your response. I'm sorry to hear of the issue being experienced with the Xbox 360 having trouble reading discs.

I would suggest to clear the system cache again and then turn off you Xbox and unplug the power supply for at least 5 minutes.

If the disc are clean as you say, and the error is happening with any game disc you try, then the console's disc drive hardware is not working properly and may have some damage causing it to not be able to read your game discs. I would suggest trying a DVD
movie that you may have to see if it is able to play. If possible a good idea would be to try your games on another 360 to confirm the disc drive is malfunctioning.

See if you can try out what I mentioned and let us know the results!

 

hola disculpa la demora por contestar todo sigue igual probé mis juegos en otros xbox 360 y no tienen problemas , incluso compre uno nuevo y pasa lo mismo, ya borre el cache barias veces y desconecte la consola pero aun el mismo problema
