    Mi nombre es Gerardo, soy un asesor independiente y miembro de la comunidad de Xbox como tú y con gusto intentaré ayudarte con cualquier duda o problema que tengas.

    Si tienes un control de Xbox 360 inalámbrico ten en cuenta que para usarlo en una PC debes tener un adaptador inalámbrico para poder conectarlo. Si tienes un control alambrico y no lo detecta correctamente la PC entonces por favor prueba reinstalando los controladores del control y prueba conectandolo en un puerto USB diferente al que has estado usando antes.

    Hola nuevamente amilcar12333.

    Por favor prueba realizando el siguiente procedimiento:

    1. Conecta tu control de Xbox 360 a tu PC.

    2. Ve al Administrador de dispositivos e instala el controlador manualmente

    para hacerlo. Para esto escribe en el buscador de Windows "Administrador de dispositivos" y abre la primera opción que aparece.

    3. Luego, navega a la sección Otros dispositivos y expándela (si no se encuentra esa categoria entonces busca en donde se encuentra listado tu control), luego haz clic con el botón derecho en "Dispositivo desconocido" o como sea que te aparezca el control y selecciona Actualizar software de controlador.

    4. Has clic en Buscar software de controlador en mi computadora, luego

    has clic en Permitirme elegir de una lista de controladores de dispositivo en mi computadora.

    5. Deberías ver una lista de controladores de dispositivo. Selecciona Periféricos de Xbox 360 y has clic en Siguiente.

    6. Elige el controlador de receptor más reciente que se encuentra en la lista y has clic en Siguiente.

    7. Si recibes un mensaje de advertencia, simplemente has clic en Aceptar y espera a que se instale el controlador.

    8. Reinicia tu PC y verifica si el problema persiste.
