Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue with your controller. As our Ambassador has suggested, it would be a good idea to ty updating your controller first and the steps to do so can be found in our support article entitled Update
your Xbox One Controller. Further troubleshooting of the controller may be done using our Xbox One Wireless Controller Solution to
see if you can get the controller to recognize the headset.

Should you do all possible troubleshooting and the mic is still unrecognized, it may be due to the controller's headphone jack not recognizing the presence of the headset. At that point, we'd recommend either using a headset adapteror, if the controller
is in warranty,
requesting a replacement controller.

If that doesn't help and you can try testing it on another console. You can also, Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the
back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Hi Try make the recalibration on your controller, I have some problem like that and The Hard Reset, Soft Reset don't works, so I goes in Settings, in controller configuration and remaked liked a New Controller and this solve, maybe can solve to you too
