Al momento de intentar iniciar sesion en Minecraft para Android se queda trabado en la pantalla verde, ya instale la aplicación de xbox y sigue igual ¿Como seso soluciona ?

No sirve de nada, mi problema está en que mi cuenta principal [Mod removed-Personal information] con Gamertag Ocelastaur y 4440 g por los trofeos y no se activa dentro de minecraft al iniciar la sesion con la cuenta de microsoft
porque aparece un mensaje diciendo que ya esta conectada pero no lo está. Solo puedo iniciar sesion con la de [Mod removed-Personal information] Y para colmo tampoco me deja desvincular esta segunda
cuenta. Necesito ayuda y a poder ser en español porque aunque lo traduzca no me entendeis.. respuesta rapido porfavor

Ya vincule mi PlayStation Network con Microsoft pero al intentar iniciar mi sesión de Microsoft en la play me sale lo siguiente:

Y no se como solucionar el error
