    Okay so I know this was an old issue around the games release and has claimed to be fixed but... My Cyborg Ninja DLC code is not working, to be specific it has already been used which is incredibly unlikey because they proberly print of like 1000000000000
    of these codes all being unique so there. Just to re-clarify I know that Konami has said they fixed this but it isn't working for me.

    Problem redeeming Cyber Ninja Code for Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance

    It is up and available now. Except the only trouble is it says on the receipt "Cyborg Ninja Skin and Fox Blade" I only got the download for the Cyborg Ninja Skin. Anyone else?

    Cyborg Ninja Skin code not working.

    still not working for me, even though konami has said it would be fixed by tonight (yesterday) - i hope they can get this fixed or a way to compensate us for the trouble(maybe add in the exclusive extra VR missions as apology). The ps3 version is working
    so why can't the 360 version (trolls/haters need not apply)

    can you confirm it was no activation error on your side and the code was used on your gamertag?

    like you tried to redeem, something happened and you tried again?

    else like you said konami already stated it should be fixed, they should be the ones you contact then.
