Hi Urso,

When you do a repair, your account is what holds all the information for subscriptions, games licenses and apps. All that is stored on the Microsoft server in the cloud. Once you get a console back, you will download your same profile you are using now and
all will be there. You will have to install the apps and games of course. When you launch a game it will say syncing data, this is getting your latest save from the cloud.

No, you wont lose anything because everything is in the cloud, but you have to use the same account.
