Ontem a tarde eu fui ligar o console. A primeira coisa que eu estranhei é que a luz da fonte de alimentação estava branca, como se estivesse em modo de inicialização rápida, além de um HD externo conectado que também estava ligado. Porém eu costumo usar
o console em modo de economia de energia. Quando eu toquei no botão iniciar do console, ele fez o som de ligar, porém continuou "desligado". Se alguém puder ajudar, serei imensamente grato.

Sorry to hear it. Which console are you using please? For the time being if you have it plugged into a power bar please try plugging it directly to a wall socket

Yesterday afternoon I went to turn on the console. The first thing I was surprised about is that the power supply light was white, as if it were in fast boot mode, plus a connected external HD that was also on. However I usually use the console in power-saving

Thanks for the update. If you've already attempted the troubleshooting steps in the

link posted by XBF Leo G, then your console/power supply must be replaced.
