Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with displaying an image on your TV.

In addition to what Xbox Forums Ambassador
THANOS OPRESSOR suggested, I would encourage you reset your display settings on your console. This can be done by following these simple steps:

1. If there's a disc in the Xbox One console, eject it.
2. On the console, press and hold the Xbox button for 10 seconds to turn off the console.
   
3. Press and hold the Xbox button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console. You’ll hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep.
   DO NOT LET GO until the second beep occurs.
   
   Note If you have an Xbox One S All-Digital Edition, you’ll need to press and hold the
   Xbox button and the Bind button instead, as your console does not have an
   Eject button.
   
   In either case, this will boot your console in low resolution mode (640 × 480). To reset this setting, press the
   Xbox button to open the guide. Go to System >
   Settings > Display & sound > Video output, and then select the resolution you want from the Display dropdown.

Tente começar da maneira mais óbvia, retire e coloque o cabo HDMI, tanto do console quanto da TV, se está na garantia melhor ainda, entre em contato com o suporte, tente pelo chat, é rápido e resolvem da melhor maneira possível, por experiencia própria,
eles provavelmente vão solicitar que envie seu console pra eles, e te dão um novo, eles geram código de postagem, você não tem gasto nenhum, explique tudo o que acontece com o console, eles vão te passar um procedimento que talvez seu console volte ao normal,
quem sabe?! rsrs

provavelmente é algum bug que esta ocorendo, meu amigo esta com o mesmo problema, logo eles atualiza para corrigir esse bug

Não resolveram o meu problema, fico descontente pois usava o playstation que em 3 anos de uso nunca deu um problema e meu xbox com 1 semestre de uso já deu problema no controle...
