Tente colocar um pedaço de lã de aço nos dois lados da parte de trás do controle onde você coloca as pilhas.

Coloque as pilhas e veja se o controle liga.

Place the batteries and see if the controller turns on.]

What have you tried so far?

Have you tried other batteries?

Is this a wired control or wireless control?

If you are saying that the control has burned, then I recommend to contact a live agent for more assistance.
