Olá meu xbox one s estava funcionando perfeitamente. Ocorre que nos últimos dias o controle nao sincroniza mais.

Ja fiz o procedimento de reset, nao há atualização pendente e ja testei em outros consoles.

Ele funciona nos outros consoles e no meu nao. O que pode ser feito? Percebi que ele comecou ficar assim apos a última atualização.

Me falaram que a ulúlti atualização esta bugando algumas placas de bluetooth.

Eu nao tenho outro controle e o meu controle funcionou em outros consoles.

Quanto ao cabo, ja tentei faze-lo funcionar via cabo mas ele trava também e fica bem louco.

Meu controle conectou no celular e no pc, entao acho que deve ser algo no video game.

Thank you for keeping us updated. by any chance, do you have other controllers you can test on your console? Have you also tried connecting your controller with a usb cable?

The USB cable would be a temporary fix if it works, but it would help us figure out what is causing the issue.

We recommend trying a power cycle
of the console.

If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the console,
