Metro Exodus not loading

Metro Exodus has been stuck on the "loading profile date" and it won't let me get off. I can press the menu (3 lines) key or the b key and it will go to a black screen, but the numbers will still be moving on the screen so it's like the game is frozen but it isn't. I've tried deleting my save data from it, playing offline, quitting and entering again, and restarting my console, even hard resetting it, and nothing is helping it. I'm wondering if one of my saves got corrupt because it crashed before all of this happened. Can anyone offer some help to me? I'd rather not uninstall and reinstall the game due to my internet speeds being fast enough to play, but slow enough to where it will take hours to download.

In the meantime, I'm afraid my best advice would be to try reinstalling the game. While I understand this can be very inconvenient, it is normally considered standard troubleshooting for any crash/freezing problems. Worked this am but now Metro Exodus in not allowing download to pc only offers console as option and now I see Metro Exodus is gone from Store ??????

Its a Metro exodus game, in the redeem code trilogy, the question is why I can downloaded Metro last right and 2033 but the exodus give me the message.
