Metro Exodus I would like to request a refund

Not all purchases are eligible for a refund, but if you go to
account.microsoft.com and click on Payments & Billing > Order History, then find the purchase in the list, and click "Get order help" underneath the listing, it will take you to a page that will provide the specific details on how to get in touch with the
billing department for your region on how to request a refund.

The reason for a refund can affect if eligible, say, if the title doesn't launch or work on your computer/console vs you just don't like the game.

If it was a digital purchase from Xbox store, you can request a refund by going to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/billing/payment-and-purchases/request-refund.
Please note that you can get refund only if you played the game not more than 2 hours of game-play, and you're requesting refund within 14 days of purchase.
