Metro exodus has been removed from Xbox Game Pass on PC? How is that possible?

Hello Guys,

I've had Metro exodus for some time in my account in XBOX game pass and I have recently started playing it. Yesterday I was playing fine, but today I was receiving an error the whole morning saying "You do not have in your account".

I have decided to reinstall the game, and suddenly I can see that it is not a part of game pass anymore?

How is that possible?

Is there a way to get it back?

all games in gamepass leave at some point, its like netflix and is up to the dev/publisher on how long they stay in gamepass. this is how gamepass works, there is a section that stated leaving soon so you know which games are leaving well in advance.

There could be some regional limitations eventually, but Metro Exodus has been on Game Pass both for console and PC since June 9 last year as announced during E3.

PC and console versions are different though, the link below is for the PC version on the US store for example and it has the usual button to get it via the PC pass:
