Metal Gear Solid V Ground Zeroes Loading Error

Hi fellow xbox users,

I have been having problems loading MGS V and getting the game started as once the game loads and pressing start the game just sits there in a loop not doing anything ... can someone suggest any ideas how to play

Haven't played Metal Gear since Playstation one. Might have to get it for xbox one.

I did that and it was still doing the same thing which I found weird

 

I bought metal gear solid ground zeros from the xbox 360 marketplace and it doesn't work. something about no hardrive detected need hard disk to play...what do i do?

support could not help me, they suggested I call konami after trying a lot of things. Hope to be able to play the game soon!
