Messed up adding xbox credit on the wrong region.

Hello there.

Yesterday I've bought a code for 50$, I wanted to use it on US region, but I was sleepy and activated it on U.S. Outlying Islands region.

Right now I have two balances, with US region - 10.04$ there and U.S. Outlying Islands region with 50$ there, but I can't do anything with them.

I can't buy any game (even if there are like 20 in that region you can buy, which nearly only includes microsoft games), any subscription or any product.

Even by a website when I click on "Shop for apps, games and more in Microsoft Store" button I've got a message "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found.
The URL may be misspelled or the page you're looking for is no longer available."

I wanted to buy Fifa 19 which is on sale right now on US region, but this game is not even avaiable on Outlying Islands, even when I'm trying to buy a game just to see whan happens I onlyy can pay by credit card. It's not showing my credits.

I can't merge these balances or even use these 50$ on normal US region.

Nothing.

I just wasted 50 dolars for nothing just by clicking a wrong region and noone can help me. Why is that?

Why support can't help me by merging these balances or just remove 50$ balance and add it to normal US region, or even just buy me a game with that credit which will be avaiable on normal region. I just want to use these credits.

I can't understand it. Both currency is USD Dolar $, both regions are in United States, because Outlying Islands are own by US.

Why is it not possible?

Can someone help me with that? Please.

I'm just angry by that, just went back from work and wanted to do something with that but I can't.

Adding point to kids Live account

If you are seeing the wrong region information when adding a payment method, it means your account region is wrong. The only way to correct such an issue is to create a new account with the proper information on it. This information must match your billing
information (Paypal, credit card, etc) in order to guarantee they work.

 

Can't add 12 moths of XBL to my account

So here's an update: Using the Xbox phone support, we figured out that the code I got was for the wrong region, so the dealer must have messed things up and I have to contact him to get a correct one.

 

You can try contacting support and speak to billing to see if there is anything they can do, but generally once the funds are added there is no way to transfer them. Contact Us | Xbox Support

Sorry to hear you are running into this problem. Now when it does come to currency there is little to be done as the currency cannot be transferred between accounts or even converted within accounts.

I would still advise to
Contact Xbox Customer Support to see if there is anything that can be done.

I was talking on chat for 4 hours with microsoft support.

They told me they can't do anything, but I can't understand that. I want someone "above" them to help me.

I cant even use these credits. I can't buy anything. Why there is an option with region like that, when the store is not even working there?

I won't stop asking for help, even by other ways.

I just want to be seen by someone with more possibilities to help me.

I'm not gonna ignore the fact that I just threw out 50$ for nothing, because I can't use it, lol.

I do apologize for the inconvenience, unfortunately through the Forums we won't be able to assist with this issue. I understand these situations can be frustrating but again there is not too much that we can do with the currency once it has been redeemed.
Your Best option would be to again continue to
Contact Xbox Customer Support through Chat or by requesting a callback.
