How to fix messaging

Help me fix messaging on xbox live. On my main account messaging doesn’t work but on my other it does. Help me see why it won’t work on my main.

Are you getting any kind of error when you attempt to send a message? Any info regarding that will be helpful in finding the problem, as there are multiple reasons why messaging won’t work.

Is your account currently under a communication suspension? That would mute your account from messaging others. You can check your Xbox Enforcement record here:

I installed Dishonored 2 and it works just fine.

I’ve reinstalled FH5 again, still won’t launch with the same error message.

same for myself. It seems to be a problem for many of us Xbox Glass users. The reply button won’t work but creating new messages one at a time seems to work just fine. It’s quite time consuming and very annoying if you’re attempting to talk In a group message.

This does not work either because it won’t let me specify my problem and they say the same message every time “would you like to reset your password?”

Unfortunately no once someone deletes a message you won’t be able to see what the message was
