    Messaging Thru The iOS App


    For the last few weeks, I have not been able to send messages & the app freezes then crashes. It won't even load the messages in general in the app. I've tried to reset everything, I've uninstalled & reinstalled, made sure my iPhone 7 Plus is up-to-date
    & also the Xbox app up-to-date. Is there a known issue with this or any info that can be given about this?

    Bought premium, still have to watch ads.

    I bought a subscription thru the Windows app. I thought would free me from watching ads on all platforms. However the IOS app still shows them when I play a daily challenge. I am signed with my gamer tag. Why is the app not checking my account to check
    my subscription.

    Where did voice messaging go?

    Sorry, But as of right now there is no option for voice messaging, it is a feature we may see in the future. If you want to send typed messages faster, you can download the smartglass app on your IOS or android device and use the keyboard on that to send
    messages.
