    I have xbox live gold on my xbox, but when I go to my xbox account on my computer i dont have the option to send or receive messages. I can send and receive messages on my console though. I don't know what I have to do to fix this, if I can. I can send
    xbox messages from the xbox app on mobile, but i cant on my computer. If someone could walk me through what i need to do i would appreciate it. I watched a video that showed how you are supposed to see a bar on the top that says various things including messages,
    but mine doesn't even have that bar.
