Messages won't load

    My messages won't load, they will just keep loading and loading for hours and nothing, not even in the app, console or website. Help.

    Messages won't load

    A full system reset usually fixes this problem for me. If it continues to happen go to enforcement.xbox.com to make sure your account doesn't have a ban active.

    I removed my account and added it back. Not only do my messages not load but now my account says I have no friends.

    A full system reset usually fixes this problem for me. If it continues to happen go to enforcement.xbox.com to make sure your account doesn't have a ban active.

    Hey ! Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far? I would suggest removing the profile and adding it back to see if that helps at all. Post back and let us know!
