    After clearing a conversation it still says i have 1 new message and it wont disappear.



    EDIT: So i signed out and signed back in and that seems to have fixed it.

    i believe the hard reset should resolve the issue.

    when you go to clear the chats when you first click on to delete all messages, do not do anything after just wait until all the messages disappear then move to another tab and check to see if they were actually deleted or not. if they are still there this
    could be slight error in the programming and im sure will be fixed soon.

    are you apart of the Xbox insiders program or do you just use the current live update?
