    ok so i was wondering that if i clear a chat with someone on my xbox. will it also clear the chat on the xbox app? or will you still see the chat there? and if so, how can i make the chat go away on the xbox app without actually being on te xbox app. hope this makes sense please try and reply quick thanks!

    Yes i have multiple times and spent hours of time on the phone and they were no help at all..basically they said its not a high priority

    Keep putting in reports and requests for more tech support , there is something blocked on your account i would also try to get enforcement to look in to it as well as it could have been a mistake on that end as well
