I just finished chatting to Microsoft support because I had a message from xbox live a long time ago saint ghat I have a just cause 2 code for pre ordering just cause 3 and a free 1 month ea access that I wanted to use today because madden is now free with
ea access but when I went to check for the message it had auto expired and Microsoft support told me to come here

And here is what has been provided:

Just cause 3 was pre ordered on the 5th December 2015 and fifa 16 was pre ordered on the 8th September 2015

I checked my email and still couldn't find nothing I hope I can get the free month nd just cause 2 thank you

Lost my Fallout 3 code Please Help!

My code is also gone, and I have the same issue, the message expired.

Payment question

Hi all

Having searched the troubleshooter I'm still stuck on a few things. I turned off auto renewal a few years back, however recently I have rejoined Xbox Live. I turned auto renewal back on in August, however have only just recently noticed the card i was using
(my dads) expired in June. Would the payment have still gone through onto this card even though I was unaware it had expired? I've had no trouble with Live at all since then. Also I have been trying to add a new payment method, which will be my card, however
keep getting the message 'An error occured. Please try again later' whenever I try.

Just worried as I want the payments to be ok, and don't want to have to pay twice or anything haha Thanks for any help !

If you currently have an Ultimate subscription, you must turn off auto renew and let it expire. Once the Ultimate expires, you can redeem your Gamepass code without it being converted.

I too have this issue, I had been sent the message and have been saving the message with the code in it until I had more space. I finally purchased an external HDD but when I went to install the game the message was gone. I read that the code does not expire
and that I should come here for assistance.

As stated by GrubbiestEmu, the auto-renew will happen after your 12 month code membership expires. (That can be bad if your credit/debit card on file expires in the meantime, as you'll now have a billing issue and get suspended until you pay off the
renewal bill.) So what you can do is call Support to turn off auto-renewal, wait the 14 days until your Gold expires, remove your payment card from your temporarily-Free/ Silver account, and
then add the 12 month code to your profile to "go Gold" again. That way, auto-renewal worries will no longer trouble you.
