    Hello, My Gamertag is *Murda* and the issue I'm having is on the Xbox One X.. I've called Microsoft Support and have done all their trouble shooting step including factory reset and my issue still persists. The one and only issue
    I am facing, is my messages will take over 5 minutes to open. If someone sends me a message on Xbox, I open the guide and scroll over to my conversations, I click on a single message and the box opens up where I'm supposed to see the text.. And I get a loading
    symbol continuously looping for over 5 minutes before the message appears on my screen. This is happening for group messages and individual messages as well. This happened randomly to me and it's been over a month now.. I don't know what to do.... I can't
    open my messages or even reply because it's taking so long to load when my messages use to open instantly with no problem.. What's going on? How can this be fixed? Everything else runs smooth on my Xbox One X

    I have been waiting for my 12 month code to be refunded to me, I was originally told it would take 2 days TOPS to get that code to me. Now it has been OVER a month and about 4 phone calls later, and a lady told me about a week and a half ago it would be

    I really despise Microsoft as a whole right now. I would have to say that this is the most disappointed I have been in anyone's customer service, EVER. I don't want to talk to you guys ANYMORE. Just give me my freaking code.

    I'm sorry to hear about this. I have sent off an escalation email to the phone support folks who will contact you in the near future. Please ensure that your contact information on your account is up to date so they can contact you properly (phone #, email,
    etc). Again, terribly sorry, and I hope they can get it straightened out for you soon.

    Sorry to say that once the month is over, the Daily Challenges from that month are archived and are no longer available and the new month's Daily Challenges are then loaded in.
