Messages don't show up in app anymore

My Xbox messages don't show up in the app anymore and when I select that location in the app the entire app freezes. It was working before the latest update. Please help.

They only show up when you are editing your avatar. They don't show up anywhere anymore.

I don't show the codes in my message box anymore. Can I get them reissued? I was unaware message deleted after30 days. Thank you

 

You are not alone. I've tried everything I can think of, but app still freezes with spinning circle icon when I try to access the messages tab. On iOS 10.2 iPhone 7.

 

Me too. Been checking this board daily for weeks and no solution. Frustrating.

We're hearing that this should be resolved with the latest iOS Xbox App update. So if you haven't yet, update y'alls apps and then try again.
