Messages Didn’t Send

I’ve been having an issue with sending messages, it keeps saying message didn’t send after typing a message. It was perfectly fine a few minutes prior.

This issue has been happening for 6hrs now from 22:30pm on 22 of March 2025.

I’ve tried turning off messages preferences in settings and clearing cache as well as trying to write the message through Xbox app and it hasn’t fixed it either.

Can someone please help.

Hello, I’ve already tried this. My internet is stable and running fine. It’s just no matter what I try to do it says the same thing

Please restart the Xbox App by closing the app completely and then reopen it.

And then restart your device becaus a simple restart can resolve many minor glitches.

Next is to check network connection. Make sure that you have a stable internet connection on your device.

Then update the Xbox App. Ensure that you have the latest version of the Xbox app installed.

You may well pay, but you also agreed to abide by the rules when you signed up. PlayStation has very similar rules.
