Messages Ban Error??!

i cant send any messages on my account because of "my past behavior." I looked at my discipline history and there was nothing there so im very confused why im banned.

Can I get someone banned?

I am just wondering if I report someone due to inappropriate language or comments will the gamer ban?. I message many of friends to report a certain gamer tag as well because I want him to be ban. It is normal to hear a lot or curse but this guy got into my nerves.

 

XBox Live Suspension

Seems to me that the best way to ban someone is simply take away their ability to communicate. No chat. No messages. No nothing. Should still be able to play online if you are paying for the service though. Now if they are cheating then, yeah. Ban them from the service completely.

Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account. - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy
& Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

Code of conduct violations encompass a number of situations, including, but not limited to:

• Engaging in communications that claim or imply that you are Xbox staff
  
• Having a Gamertag or profile content that contains hate speech or profanity
  
• Using in game exploits to gain an unfair advantage over other players
  
• Hacking, Modding or Cheating
  

If you want to contact the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team you can file a Case Review - You can't file a Case Review if the suspension is less than 24 hours or you failed the questionnaire.

Keep in mind that Windows Games, Steam, Sony/Nintendo etc has also their own version of gaming police team and punishment if caught breaking their respective rules
and they don’t even have a case review.

 

There are 2 types of suspensions.

1. Account level- where an account has lost priviliges on all consoles.

2. Console level- no matter what account is signed into that console it has lost privileges.

Account level will show up in your enforcement history when signed into the enforcement teams website with the account.

Console level will not show up on the website.

So couple ways you can check this

1. sign into a different account on your xbox and see if you get the same message if so then its a console level.

2. make sure you are signed in with the account that you are signed into on the console and getting that message at enforcement.xbox.com
