    Hi all, I'm here about the message system on xbox where they send promotions and codes to peoples accounts. My friends and I have been playing for maybe a month now and my friend has gotten at least four messages from xbox about codes and promotions where
    he either got a code to give a game away, 5 dollars, another he got 10, and another where he saw what games were being added to game pass. Let me restate that these were all in a months time.. My problem is that I have kept promotions from xbox on and promos
    from other companies on as well, but for 5 months I havent gotten a single message from xbox. Not even a message about what games are added. I would like to know a reason as to why I haven't been sent anything even though I've had gamepass and gold the entire
    time.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have question on a promo code. If you check your messages, then go to Xbox live messages. The promo code should be there. Any promo codes I get are always in my Xbox live messages.

    I also had this issue today. I got a notification on my phone from the Xbox app saying I got a 10 dollar promo but when I went on my xbox and checked messages from xbox live there was no new messages and I didn’t buy any giftcards or anything recently.
