How does your reporting system work? We can tell people to grow balls and say they got man tits or they're ugly in real life and your investigation was like "Yeah, that's all good bro" Is that right or is something up? I thought we had to keep it family friendly over text. We get banned for profanity but none of that?

Unfortunately, as above, there really isn't anywhere to go for that. Support would typically be the next point of contact for an issue, but since they don't handle enforcement issues, they can't do anything about it. You could always try reporting it again and explain it in the comment box for that.

Yeah I was actually in the middle of correcting that but I figured since you're an ambassador to them you'd actually be able to point me towards someone who can actually help me. Not just another gamer bro who volunteers to hear our grievances. Thanks anyway. But anything about the actual situation or that's all you can give me?

Profanity is usually caught by a filter, so that usually gets caught quicker than anything else. So sometimes it seems as if the enforcement team isn't doing anything, but investigations can take time so suspensions can be issued for those types of scenarios days after it takes place.

Haha, man this is insane. So instead of actually hearing our issues they turned around And said "Go tell each other how that makes you feel, and I'll get paid for it while you listen to it for free" why do Microsoft even bother telling us to come here. Sorry for bothering you for nothing
