    Falout 3 message with code disappeared

    Hi,

    I pre-order Fallout 4 and i got code for Fallout 3 in message. At that time Fallout 3 wasn't available for Xbox One so i can't redeem code.

    Now when Fallout 4 is arrived and i have new interface in Xbox One message with gift code for Fallout 3 is disappeared. I can't find it now in my messages.

    I pre-order Fallout 4 and i got code for Fallout 3 in message. At that time Fallout 3 wasn't available for Xbox One so i can't redeem code.

    It sounds like your message has expired - remember that all Xbox Live Messages expire after 28 days and are unrecoverable.

    If that is the case, a member of the Xbox Support staff will be along soon and they may be able to retrieve your code.

    I can get you the link to the correct forum to have that code replaced. That link is:

    forums.xbox.com/.../4272.aspx

    I would strongly suggest going there to get that code for Fallout 3 replaced. And in the future, any games sent to you this way should definitely be either written down somewhere to be redeemed later or redeemed at the time you receive the code.
