    Dear, Microsoft enforcement team I was wrongfully accused of having an “ inappropriate gamer picture “ the gamer picture i had was the supreme clothing logo and it was reportted but not taken down. Then I got banned on my console banned ( temporarily) and
    now I called xbox at least 3 times a day and they tell me the same thing my ban was effective till yesterday at 8:44:44pm its now 3:48 the next day and im still banned please help

    Dear enforcement team, to me you seem useless, you only ban people for no reason at all and dont even care if someone applies for review, 2 days ago i got reported for communication, i did nothing, i was dinning and when i came back i was already banned
    until october 6th, i was ok with that i can live without communications for 2 weeks but yesterday i got banned for harrasment and threats, i dont know what you consider as harrasment or threats but i did nothing, the only thing i can think of for this ban
    is that i kicked someones ass in a game several times and he got mad and reported me. This isnt the first time i get suspended for no reason and i bet it wont be the last one, you suck to me and you dont even provide info on why people gets banned, i mean
    yeah communications isnt really what i want to see in my report, i want to be able to see if i called someone an idiot or exactly the message that i send, also can you implement a stupid chat or phone number to talk directly to you, since support cant do ****
    about your bans because they dont have any info that you dont provide

    No one from the Xbox Enforcement Team monitors these forums.

    Xbox Support can't help you with your ban, they can see only the dates of your suspension not the reason.

    If your suspension is done, you might try and remove your account from the Xbox console, hard reset it and then add your profile back and try again

    Hard reset the xbox by holding down the power button on the front of the Xbox console for 15 seconds. Then let go and restart the xbox.

    1) For account suspensions or bans sign in at this site with your account at

    2) No one here on the Xbox Forums or at Xbox Support can provide the reason or proof why you were banned.

    3) No one here on the Xbox Forums or at Xbox Support can change the state of ANY suspension or ban.

    4) Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account.

    - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation."

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. You would need to report the messages and/or the player via their profile in order for the enforcement team to investigate them.

    This is just an example on how it works not necessarily what happened in your case the only people that have access to what happened in your case is the enforcement team.

    1. You send one message that violates the code of conduct.

    2. The person that received that message happens to send a message back to you and reports the first message to the enforcement team.

    3. You send another message to this person that violates the code of conduct.

    4. This person then reports that message to the enforcement team.

    5. The enforcement team then investigates the first report and determines that you violated the code of conduct and puts a suspension onto your account for one day.

    6. The enforcement team then investigates the second report and determines that violated the code of conduct and puts a suspension on your account for a week.

    So this was two suspensions for two different incidents of the violation of the code of conduct it would not be for the same violation.
