Discus and support Message Tab Problem in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I can not access the messages tab on my iOS device.     Message Tab Problem


    I can not access the messages tab on my iOS device. Whenever I try to access the tab, the screen becomes frozen on the loading icon and I can not back out of it. My device is recently new and has no problems with other features of the app.

    no messages show up

    None of the buttons do anything except the B button to get back to the previous screen. The previous screen has the opening page icons. The message center icon says I have 11 messages. It is stuck on the DLC tab and that tab says no messages, but I can

    Having cleared the problem it has now started to happen again

    Got a message on the XBone last night and now the Messages tab on the xbox.com site shows the glitch error message

    Reckon when I delete the message the glitch will resolve

    So its basically glitching the xbox forum site message tab unless I have zero messages.

    This could do with being sorted. My workaround was posted over a week ago and this issue has been happening for closing in on 3 weeks for folks. It would be good if we could get a fix rather than a 'we are looking into it'

    No error the page is there but if i click on the sign in tab it just doesn't log that account in no error message at all the page refreshes but it doesn't sign me in, i have no problem signing into with this account tho.

    I've had this problem for a while now. Even when I had codes it didnt work. Now I'm getting the unavailable tab message too. I've talked to microsoft techs for hours and nobody has a solution.
