    Message Redeem Code Deleted


    Some time ago I purchased an XBOX One, it came with GoW Ultimate Edition, and if I played it I would receive GoW 1,2,3 redeem codes. I did receive these codes but after I clicked on the one for GoW 1, the others disappeared. I'd like to get them back if
    possible.

    This was some time ago, probably should have followed up on it sooner, but it is what it is.

    LIMBO installed today

    you don't have to input the code. On the bottom of the message there should be a button to redeem code.

    Help with #66 Ford GT LM code

    I got the Forza 6 code for the #66 Ford GT LM by entering #Forza6 on the hub. From my xbox messages, I clicked the redeem button, but the code failed to redeem. I deleted the xbox message, so I am unable to retry to redeem. Please send me another code as
    I was unable to have xbox support retrieve my deleted message. Thanks!

    You should now have your codes in your Xbox Live inbox. They are not labeled in the messages, but you should have 3 separate messages with the codes.

    Actually I already contacted support and they sent me to the forums, with the claim that moderators have the ability to retrieve the info. I'd be a bit miffed if that was done to avoid telling me the bad news themselves and pass me off to become someone
    else's problem. I once worked in a place where the phone support folks would do that to me so I had to take all customer flak in their stead and take a dim view of the practice.

    if it was only sent as a message then sorry to say it is gone you can TRY to contact support but there is no guarantees good luck.

    All moderators can do is moderate the forum like removing names that people post in an attempt to report a bad player etc. ONLY support itself can help you with the missing code issue not moderators I am sorry that they 'passed the buck' so to say by sending
    you here saying a moderator can help you but that is sadly not the case.
