Message Not Sent Error when talking to friends and other users on Xbox.

Message not sent error.

Last few days I have been getting message not sent errors after sending 1-3 messages chit chatting with other Xbox players and friends. From what I have read there is a message limit but the fact that I am getting message not sent after only 1-3 messages doesn’t seem right. To clarify I am not spamming using profound language or anything of the sort literally just responding to friends and other users I’m talking to. My settings for messages is set to everybody so that’s not it even power cycled my console still having same issue, I checked my account as well I am not banned or suspended issue has arose everyday for the last few days. I am hoping someone can help explain what’s happening or if there’s an unknown issue Xbox is having with services. Thanks.

Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select

Settings.

Select Network Settings.

Select Advanced Settings.

Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.

Select Clear.

Allow the console to restart when prompted.

On Xbox App and Game Bar for Win 10 this is NOT the user's end, as the other post suggests. This has been happening for the last 2 months or so at least in Xbox App while Game Bar seemed to run okay until the last week or two as well. It's the the point now where 99% of all messages insta fail in less than a second without even trying to go through. No error, no reason why, just insta fail. Doesnt matter how many times you try and reword something, shorten or lengthen, it just insta fails. It's not just me either, I've spoken to many others with the exact same issue.

MS needs to quit blaming the user end and fix their problems. While they are at it they can fix the issue with their PC games popping up the sync window and then just sitting there doing nothing... or attempting to login to the Xbox App (or games) and them telling you you are either not connected to the internet or giving a Live Service Outage error code constantly. My internet is fine, it's not the modem, it's not my connection, it's not my computer. Too many others around the world are having the same issues and it needs fixed!

The most memorable moment I had on Xbox was when my best friend that I hadn't talked to in a long time sent me a message and a friend request. We hadn't talked in years and honestly I really missed him. He was like a brother to me, and to finally rekindle
our friendship, it was truly amazing. Thank you for the question!

You can actually send messages via chat, but you can't talk with your voice. (I've sent messages to my friends using my Xbox One to their 360 consoles.)

the message can not be sent. The recipient is not present, no friend or service could not be reached.

Note, this is the error message from the new profile. I'm not about to influence the ban, I've already sent a statement, but only to the function that can be sent with the new profile messages.
