I'd return it to the retailer if you only had it 2 months, get it replaced

Check the power supply unit that the Xbox plugs into. If the light is not solid green or solid orange, it may be the problem, not the Xbox. Check here for more info: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/console/check-power-supply

If it's only two months old it should be covered by warranty. you can apply for MS to fix or replace it at https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/browse/xbox-one/warranties-and-repair

you can also give the xbox support number a call they can walk you through the trouble shooting
