Message holding Halo 5: Guardians REQ pack code gone.

I received a message on my Xbox One console containing a code to a REQ pack for Halo 5: Guardians. I attempted to use the code in the store but I kept getting errors telling me it can't connect (even though everything in the store was working)

I decided to wait till this afternoon to try again, I open up messages and the message is gone or deleted. I never got to redeem it.

I contacted customer support and they directed me here.

is there any way I can get the code back? It contained a special customisation pack within it etc.. It was the third last message I've received on my Xbox One.

Halo 5 REQ pack content is opened from the REQ menu inside of Halo 5 Guardians. Were you able to locate your REQ packs in-game?

For the record, messages expire after 30days, so that is what has most likely happened with your message

Based on that messaging, it sounds like the REQ packs were already applied to your account. Have you recently checked your REQ packs in Halo 5: Guardians? Considering this message was sent a couple months ago, is there a chance you might have already redeemed
them?

I would also like to clarify that these packs are not sent out as a code, the packs were automatically applied in-game.
